In addition to our physical and psychological condition, the social component also has a major impact on how much stress and problems affect us, called bio-psycho-social (spiritual) model.
Moreover, sometimes crises and phases of life are not just "challenging", but also simply terrible and overwhelming.
Social conditions also need to be changed as far as possible, and not just the way we deal with them (e.g. on a psychological level).
There is a tendency in our society to focus more on the individual (it is for example our own fault that we are unemployed, poor, lacking motivation, sick, overweight etc.).
The "big picture" is often not seen (i.e. the hindering, negatively impacting structures), but mainly our actions as individuals (individual/person blame instead of system blame).
Given these considerations, there is even more reason and importance for me to show this and to improve the changeable living conditions in my work as much as possible.
